Trophic ulcer, pressure sores, erysipelas, varicose veins, purulent and postoperative wounds
Abscess
Treat an immature abscess with warm Molisan Bethlehem, then apply a Molisan Bethlehem dressing. If pus comes out or the abscess opens, rinse it with Molisan Bethlehem and apply a bandage.
Burn
For burns, it is important to moisten and cool the skin sufficiently by spraying MOLISAN, which reduces pain and inhibits inflammation.
Linen dressings soaked in Molisan Bethlehem give good results on burns.
Because the skin loses a great deal of fluid during burns, it is necessary to drink enough fluid, preferably “Living Water”.
Varicose vein disease, enlarged and bleeding veins.
Wash the enlarged veins and bleeding areas or wipe them several times with Molisan. Repeat the procedure 4–5 times a day. Applying linen dressings soaked in Molisan to the enlarged veins for 20–30 minutes gives good results. Daily use of Molisan is desirable for prevention. For pronounced varicose veins, it is better to use MOLISAN therapeutic dressing.
Take MOLISAN Detox orally 3 times a day for 2–4 weeks. Immediately before bed, take 5–10 ml of silver nanocolloid sublingually (hold under the tongue for 5 minutes, then swallow).
Carbuncle
Molisan is used for rinsing, dressings and swabs to control infection, ensure good wound drainage and promote granulation tissue. The wound is usually treated 3–5 times over 10–15 days until it has completely disappeared.
Mastitis
Apply Molisan Bethlehem as dressings 2–3 times a day until inflammation or induration has completely disappeared. For an open wound, treat it with Molisan Bethlehem for 8–10 minutes, then apply a gauze pad soaked in Molisan Bethlehem.
Treat twice a day. From day 4, when tissue granulation appears, place a secondary suture in the wound and cover it with a Molisan Bethlehem dressing for 2 days.
Pressure sores
Carefully rinse pressure sores with warm Molisan Bethlehem and allow them to dry. Soak gauze in Molisan Bethlehem and place it over the pressure sore. If pus develops, repeat the procedure (as when treating a purulent wound).
The patient is advised to lie on a linen mattress. Place gauze or calico folded into 4–6 layers beneath the pressure sore to allow the wound to breathe better, soaked in Molisan Bethlehem and wrung out so it does not drip. Practice shows that this method heals pressure sores faster than conventional treatment with chemical medicines.
Whitlow
For the first 2 days, apply warm* Molisan baths. Keep your fingers in a container of warm* Molisan Bethlehem (up to 35–40 degrees) for 10–15 minutes. Then dry them and apply a wet Molisan Bethlehem dressing to the damaged surface. After the abscess opens, treat the affected area with Molisan Bethlehem. The course of treatment is completed in 7–10 days. Cracks and ulcers heal quickly, and pus drains out.
Trophic ulcer, purulent and non-healing postoperative wounds
Molisan Bethlehem helps restore normal tissue function and accelerates healing while also improving its quality.
After opening the purulent cavity and removing necrotic tissue, use a small bulb syringe to treat the wound with warm Molisan Bethlehem for 2–3 minutes, then apply a sterile swab soaked in Molisan.
The dressing can be changed twice a day. From day 3, the wound is treated with MOLISAN for 3–5 minutes. After treatment, the swab may be left in the wound for 24 hours. On days 4 and 5, the wound is treated with MOLISAN without a swab.
After just one day, the amount of pus and necrotic tissue in the wound decreases and the putrid smell disappears. Large wounds begin healing on day 2 or 3. Long-standing trophic ulcers take longer to heal.
Phlegmon
Apply a Molisan Bethlehem dressing to the infiltrate area for 20–30 minutes, 4–5 times a day. Then rinse the wound with Molisan Bethlehem and leave a sterile swab in the wound for 6–8 hours. From day 9, rinse the wound generously with Molisan Bethlehem 3–5 times a day. The damaged areas usually heal relatively quickly.
Furunculosis
Treat an immature abscess with warm Molisan Bethlehem, then apply a Molisan Bethlehem dressing. If pus comes out or the abscess opens, rinse it with Molisan Bethlehem and apply a bandage.
Erysipelas, lymphostasis, ulcers.
Apply a warmed Molisan Bethlehem dressing 5–6 times a day, or a ready-made MOLISAN therapeutic dressing.
Take MOLISAN Detox and Molisan Echinacea orally 3 times a day for 4 weeks. In the morning on an empty stomach and immediately before bed, take 5–10 ml of silver nanocolloid sublingually (under the tongue), holding it for 5 minutes.
