Directions for Use and Contraindications

Directions for use: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) is recommended to be taken once or twice daily before meals and before bedtime. For optimal absorption, keep the colloid in the mouth for 3–4 minutes and then drink 200 ml of Living Water. For topical use: moisten the skin, mucous membranes, dressings, or tampons.

Contraindications: Pregnant and breastfeeding women are advised to use the product only after consulting their healthcare provider. Do not use in cases of individual intolerance to the product.

Storage conditions: Store tightly closed at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight.

Diseases	Dosage and Administration	Treatment Duration
Influenza and viral respiratory infections, ENT diseases and oral cavity disorders (tonsillitis, rhinitis, otitis externa, periodontal disease, gingivitis, stomatitis).	Molisani Elixir — for gargling the throat, tonsils, oral cavity and nasal passages. Nano Silver — ear drops, turundas for the external auditory canal, applications to the oral mucosa, and orally 10–15 ml, 3–4 times daily.	Until complete recovery and normalization of the condition.
Inflammatory eye diseases of infectious origin (conjunctivitis, blepharitis).	Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye 3–4 times daily, or rinse the eyelids 2–3 times daily.	Until the inflammatory process has resolved.
Diseases of the bronchi and lungs (acute and chronic bronchitis, especially with purulent sputum; pneumonia; bronchiectasis; cystic fibrosis).	Use as inhalation therapy with an ultrasonic nebulizer twice daily.	Until the condition has normalized.

Prevention of ascending urinary tract infections during prolonged bladder catheterization (more than 5 days).	Nano Silver instillations through a catheter once daily.	Course: 4–6 days or until the condition has normalized.
Oncological diseases and malignant tumors before surgery and during the postoperative period. Severe infections: tuberculosis, syphilis, HIV infection, viral hepatitis.	Take metronomically (frequently in small doses) together with Nano Gold at 30-minute intervals as an adjunct therapy under medical supervision. Take 5 ml sublingually (under the tongue), hold for 5–10 minutes or until the mouth fills with saliva, then swallow and drink 150–200 ml of Living Water. Take 20–30 minutes before meals. Oral health problems.
