Apply Molisan Bethlehem as dressings 2–3 times a day until inflammation or induration has completely disappeared. For an open wound, treat it with Molisan Bethlehem for 8–10 minutes, then apply a gauze pad soaked in Molisan Bethlehem. Treat twice a day. From day 4, when tissue granulation appears, place a secondary suture in the wound and cover it with a Molisan Bethlehem dressing for 2 days.

During treatment of this condition, take MOLISAN Detox orally 3 times a day for 2–4 weeks.
