Directions for use, dosage
A single oral dose of Molisan for adults is 20–30 ml, unless a specific formula states a different dosage; at a body weight of 100 kg, the dose is 30–50 ml. For children aged 2–5 years, the dose is 1–5 ml; aged 5–12 years, 5–15 ml; from age 12, 15–20 ml. If no specific time is stated in the recommendation, take Molisan on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before a meal or 2–2.5 hours after a meal. Use in children under 2 is permitted as prescribed by a doctor.
Gastrointestinal diseases
Ulcers and erosions of the stomach and duodenum, gastroesophageal reflux, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis (in the non-acute phase), diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and diverticulitis: Take 15–30 ml of Molisan Pirveli 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times a day, for an average of 2 months.
This helps restore the gastrointestinal tract during illness. Pain and heartburn often decrease significantly and motility normalises as early as the next day.
In combination, you can take Slippery Elm Extract. Slippery elm (Ulmus fulva) bark contains a large amount of mucilage, which adheres closely to the walls of the gastrointestinal tract, heals and soothes any inflammation and pain. This mucilage is highly nutritious because it contains a large amount of easily absorbed calcium compounds. This is why it is used for the conditions listed above. Slippery elm also helps expel helminths from the body.
When taking slippery elm extract, drink a large amount (20/30 ml per 1 kg) of warm (37°–39°) living water. Children and adolescents should take Slippery Elm as prescribed by a doctor.
Cholecystitis (inflammation of the gall bladder): Take Molisan Pirveli three times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, in the afternoon 30 minutes before a meal, and in the evening 30 minutes before bed.
Taking silver nanocolloid sublingually (under the tongue) as a natural antibiotic immediately before bed gives good results. Take 5–10 ml, holding it under the tongue for 5 minutes.
Dysbacteriosis: Take Molisan Pirveli 3–4 times a day: 15–20 ml in the morning on an empty stomach, during the day 30–40 minutes before a meal, and before bed. Good results are obtained by also taking silver nanocolloid 1–2 times a day. It is advisable to leave an interval of 20–30 minutes between preparations.
Molisan acts selectively only on pathogenic flora, promoting the reproduction and growth of normal microflora. Nano Silver has a similar effect as a natural antibiotic and antibacterial agent.
Diarrhoea: Take 30–50 ml of Molisan Pirveli; sometimes it is necessary to repeat the procedure after 15–20 minutes.
Constipation
If other gastrointestinal organs are not affected and gastric emptying is within the normal range, take 10–15 ml of Molisan Pirveli 5–6 times a day; after 15–20 minutes, drink 1–2 glasses of Living water.
In the morning on an empty stomach, drink 2–3 glasses (or more) of warmed Living Water. Take Molisan Pirveli and Living Water on an empty stomach or 20–30 minutes before a meal.
For chronic constipation, take the following together with Molisan Pirveli: Intestine Tonic.
