MOLISAN is very effective for burns. It is especially effective when a gauze dressing soaked in MOLISAN solution is applied immediately to the burned area. Re-soak the dressing every 30 minutes. Repeat the procedure three times.

Thank you very much for the wonderful MOLISAN preparation. A year and a half ago, my 75-year-old mother injured her legs, and serious complications began, including the initial stage of a trophic ulcer. It is still too early to speak about the final outcome, but the healing process has clearly started, and I will continue ordering it.
We hope this problem can finally be resolved. For the initial stage of the trophic ulcer, I applied warm MOLISAN compresses for 30–40 minutes at least three times a day. The effect appeared after the very first application.
I would also like to share my experience: if you warm MOLISAN to 40° in a water bath and use slightly warm compresses morning and evening, the effect is even better because the preparation penetrates more deeply. MOLISAN copes even with trophic ulcers—believe me. I spent so much time trying to treat my mother without success because we simply do not have effective medicines for this severe condition. Since the beginning of September, the ulcer has now shrunk to a small red spot only two by two centimeters in size. A magnificent preparation! May God grant health to the person who invented it!!!
