Directions for use and contraindications
Directions for use: 1. Take 1 or 2 capsules 2 or three times a day
Contraindications: Pregnancy (the saponins cause spasms of the muscles in the uterine wall, which may lead to premature birth or miscarriage). Because it contains coumarin (an anticoagulant), prolonged use of the plant may cause bleeding.
Storage conditions: Keep closed at room temperature and protect from sunlight
